Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
